A nationally recognized program, project, and construction management firm is seeking a Project Manager (K-12) in Dallas, TX. With more than 60 years of industry leadership, this minority- and woman-owned organization has built a reputation for delivering complex public-sector projects and consistently ranking among the top PMCM firms in the nation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project leader to manage impactful K-12 bond program projects while working with a respected and award-winning team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager (K-12) position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field while managing K-12 facility construction projects from planning through completion
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager while overseeing institutional or facility projects with complex stakeholder coordination
- Experience with K-12 school construction or renovation projects while leading bond program initiatives
- Strong understanding of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications while ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Knowledge of design-phase management, permitting processes, and building codes while coordinating with design teams and regulatory agencies
- Proficiency in project controls, scheduling, estimating, cost management, and documentation while maintaining project performance and reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Office, project management information systems (PMIS), and Bluebeam while managing project documentation and communication
- Ability to provide on-site leadership and quality oversight while coordinating contractors, designers, and vendors throughout all phases of construction
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
