This Senior Reconstruction Project Manager opportunity in Weymouth, MA offers the chance to take full ownership of residential reconstruction projects, managing them from signed contract through completion while working with a motivated leadership team focused on speed, quality, and operational excellence. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Reconstruction Project Manager position include:

  • 5–10 years of construction project management experience; manage residential reconstruction projects from contract signing through final completion
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors; oversee scheduling, materials procurement, and site logistics
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; typically oversee 2–5 active projects at once
  • Excellent client communication skills; serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during the reconstruction process
  • Ability to monitor budgets, schedules, and job progress; ensure projects are completed on time, on margin, and at high quality
  • Experience performing takeoffs and managing change orders; work from estimates provided by internal estimators
  • Comfortable visiting job sites and coordinating with field supervisors or assistant project managers
  • General construction experience in residential, tenant improvements, or fit-outs; CSL license is a plus

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
