Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Reconstruction Project Manager position include:
- 5–10 years of construction project management experience; manage residential reconstruction projects from contract signing through final completion
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors; oversee scheduling, materials procurement, and site logistics
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; typically oversee 2–5 active projects at once
- Excellent client communication skills; serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during the reconstruction process
- Ability to monitor budgets, schedules, and job progress; ensure projects are completed on time, on margin, and at high quality
- Experience performing takeoffs and managing change orders; work from estimates provided by internal estimators
- Comfortable visiting job sites and coordinating with field supervisors or assistant project managers
- General construction experience in residential, tenant improvements, or fit-outs; CSL license is a plus
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
