This HVAC Maintenance & Project Support Coordinator role in Medford, NJ offers a unique opportunity to play a central role in coordinating preventive maintenance programs, supporting project execution, and helping ensure complex building systems operate smoothly for a wide range of commercial clients.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Maintenance & Project Support Coordinator position include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/dispatch software to manage service coordination and documentation
- Coordinate and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, asset records, warranties, and service documentation
- Support project management with manpower scheduling, subcontractor coordination, equipment start-ups, and delivery tracking
- Assist with service dispatch and scheduling, monitoring open service orders and helping drive timely resolution
- Communicate clearly with clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams to provide updates and ensure follow-through
- Maintain organized records of client assets, materials, warranties, and service history
- Contribute to reporting, process improvements, and operational efficiency within the service department
- Comfortable working with HVAC-R terminology and maintenance workflows in a fast-paced service environment
Salary: $22 - $28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
