Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Engineer position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and active PE licensure; lead electrical system design for medium to large-scale projects.
  • 9+ years of progressive AEC industry experience (healthcare focus preferred); oversee design, analysis, and implementation of complex electrical systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of industry codes, QA/QC standards, and engineering software platforms; review and approve calculations, simulations, and technical documentation.
  • Proven leadership experience; mentor and provide technical oversight to electrical engineering staff.
  • Experience reviewing shop drawings, product submittals, and responding to complex RFIs; ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong project management capability; develop workplans and ensure delivery meets schedule, quality, and budget targets.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills; participate in meetings as a senior technical advisor and contribute to proposals.
  • Ability to conduct site visits and resolve field issues; provide oversight of discipline deliverables and sign/seal documents as licensed.

Salary: $115,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience (straight overtime pay available).
