This Facilities Maintenance Coordinator (Repair, Maintenance & Installation) position in Boynton Beach, FL (on-site) offers the opportunity to manage commercial maintenance projects from start to finish while working closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams. With two immediate openings and a small, collaborative company culture, this is your chance to play a key role in delivering high-quality service across nationwide commercial accounts.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Facilities Maintenance Coordinator (Repair, Maintenance & Installation) position include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator or General Construction Coordinator; manage commercial maintenance work orders from inception to completion
- Strong inside office coordination experience; track project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and support multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience sourcing and evaluating vendors across trades; select subcontractors based on quality, cost, and reliability
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facilities maintenance; scope projects and communicate effectively with technical vendors
- Proficiency with facilities management platforms such as MS Dynamics Field Services, Corrigo, Service Channel, FM Pilot, or similar systems
- Ability to track budgets and review invoices for accuracy; support cost-effective project delivery
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; serve as liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset; resolve issues quickly and maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Salary: $25 - $32 per hour, commensurate with experience.
