Take the next big step in your construction career as an Construction Manager based in Denver, Colorado! This is a rare chance to work directly for a private real estate investment firm that owns and operates a growing portfolio of commercial and industrial properties throughout Colorado. You'll manage a wide range of tenant improvement and renovation projects—no ground-up builds—with full project ownership and long-term career growth potential.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager position include:
- 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, including TI work and interior renovations
- Oversee bidding, permitting, subcontractor coordination, and on-site project execution across multiple properties
- Must be able to travel daily to sites throughout the Denver metro and surrounding areas (no remote work)
- Experience with MEP, small façades, and property upgrades with budgets ranging from $50K to $1M
- Proficiency with email, Excel, and construction management software (training provided)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; familiarity with municipal permitting is a plus
- Must be self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple active job sites
- Relocation considered on a case-by-case basis; no sponsorship available
Salary: $100,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
