Qualifications and responsibilities for this Fleet Manager position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management, ideally in a construction or field-based environment
- Working mechanical knowledge to understand service needs and maintenance prioritization
- Coordinate vehicle assignments, servicing, rentals, GPS tracking, inspections, and registrations
- Track vehicle performance, repair costs, and assist in long-term planning including purchases and retirements
- Maintain records, manage compliance, and support the Head Mechanic in triage and prioritization
- Support accountability and care of fleet assets among field employees
- Valid driver's license required; familiarity with spreadsheets and tracking systems
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
