Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Construction Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 7–10 years of construction management experience on large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven experience working directly with PSEG and strong knowledge of public-sector standards
- Lead electrical construction for power distribution, communications, controls, and systems integration
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and system readiness, ensuring alignment with specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders while resolving conflicts related to utilities and electrical scopes
- Monitor quality, safety, schedule, and field performance while meeting diversity and workforce development goals
- Prepare reports, field documentation, and leadership updates for project transparency
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
