A well-established, family-owned plumbing contractor with over 100 years of legacy and a reputation for excellence in multifamily new construction projects is seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to help lead their field operations. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Superintendent position include:
- 10–15 years of multifamily plumbing construction experience required
- Must have hands-on experience with full turnkey plumbing systems including underground, above-ground, and final trim
- Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam is essential for daily operations
- Prior experience overseeing large crews — 150–200 workers via 10–20 foremen — is highly preferred
- Ability to manage 250–400 unit multifamily new construction projects from ground-up
- Strong leadership skills to support and rally field teams under the Director of Operations
- Must be primarily site-based across job sites throughout the Valley (local travel only)
- Valid driver’s license required; eligible candidates may receive a company truck to take home
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
