We’re looking for a Commercial Interior Project Manager ready to step in and lead impactful commercial projects ranging from $2M–$8M+. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Interior Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in drywall and/or acoustical ceiling systems
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Experience overseeing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate field operations, materials, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution
- Serve as primary liaison with clients, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor job costs, approve change orders, and ensure project delivery within budget
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain accurate job documentation
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 3 weeks of PTO (with 1 week eligible for year-end cash out), full medical coverage for employees, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% match after 6 months.
