Qualifications and responsibilities for this Accounting Controller position include:
- 5+ years of experience as a Controller, ideally within the construction industry
- REQUIRED experience with Trimble Spectrum software
- Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end statements
- Perform payroll processing and payroll tax filings for salaried and management staff
- Manage job costing, cost control, A/R, and A/P
- Interface with external CPA for quarterly reviews and coordination
- Serve as Benefits and ERP Systems Administrator, including insurance and compliance matters
- Ensure Certified Payroll and Prevailing Wage compliance and maintain labor law adherence
Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance, 40 hours of PTO, and potential for a year-end bonus.
