They’re currently seeking a seasoned Estimator to join their Atlanta, GA office. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator position include:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience estimating commercial construction projects $5M and up
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam
- Ability to develop and finalize estimates for hard bid, design-build, and conceptual projects
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather project data
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for accurate cost assessments
- Review plans and specifications for constructability and budget implications
- Comfortable with business development tasks such as client outreach and networking
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision reimbursement or salary roll-in, end-of-year bonuses, roughly 20 days of PTO annually, and case-by-case relocation assistance.
