Join a fast-growing HVAC/R company based in Arlington, TX that operates year-round with minimal seasonal slowdowns thanks to a diversified workload and steady refrigeration clients! We’re currently hiring an HVAC/R Technician who is dependable, experienced, and ready to work weekends and overtime. This is a great opportunity to join a non-union team that values reliability and offers consistent work throughout the year with 4–6 service calls daily and a company vehicle provided.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC/R Technician position include:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration (residential, commercial, or industrial)
- Must have a valid EPA Certification
- Ability to install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose heating, cooling, and refrigeration issues
- Read and interpret schematics for system layouts and components
- Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs and installs
- Handle ammonia refrigeration systems safely
- Work Saturdays (summer) and be on-call during winters; overtime expected
Salary: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
