With over 35 years of success and a strong presence in the Madison area, we are seeking a seasoned Concrete Foreman to lead hands-on crews on commercial projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Foreman position include:
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in commercial concrete forming and finishing
- Experience with gang forms and aluminum form systems
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and managing concrete project objectives
- Lead crews of 5–8 (occasionally up to 20) on commercial foundations, slabs, sidewalks, stairs, etc.
- Hands-on foreman role; must be physically active in the field
- Powered Industrial Truck / all-terrain forklift certification required
- Maintain safety, productivity, and quality on job sites
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and coordinate labor, materials, and scheduling
Salary: $55/hour, paid weekly, commensurate with experience.
