Qualifications and responsibilities for this Tool and Die Leader position include:
- Minimum 5–7 years of tool and die making or machining experience; at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- CNC programming and operation experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to read and interpret design drawings and collaborate with engineering teams on manufacturability
- Oversee production of precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in manufacturing
- Supervise and mentor machinists, toolmakers, and apprentices across shop operations
- Lead problem-solving and process improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
- Ensure production quality standards, safety compliance, and training goals are met
- Work cross-functionally to support innovative machining and tooling solutions for curtain wall and related products
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
