Qualifications and responsibilities for this Material Handler / Picker position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory environments
- Pick and stage materials based on production needs and inventory requests
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Use of carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified) to transport materials
- Maintain organized and labeled storage areas, ensuring accuracy and proper rotation
- Utilize scanners or inventory systems to track movement and update stock levels
- Support shipping/receiving, kitting operations, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
- Communicate effectively to report shortages, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies
Salary: $22 - $26 per hour, commensurate with experience.
