Qualifications and responsibilities for this Drywall Estimator/Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 15 years of residential drywall experience, with at least 10 years in estimating
- Strong hands-on field experience is essential – not just office-based knowledge
- Ability to manage 20+ bids at a time, working with loyal and high-end clients
- Oversee drywall scopes on projects ranging from $400K to $500K, including $30M estates
- Work closely with ownership and field teams to understand job site complexities
- Open to different estimating software; strong traditional estimating skills are welcome
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both estimating and project oversight
- Some local travel required – roughly 25% of time will be spent in the field visiting ongoing and upcoming projects
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 50% employer-paid health insurance for the employee, one week of paid vacation after one year, six paid federal holidays, and potential bonuses based on individual performance and profitability. PTO is negotiable.
