Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Division Manager position include:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in electrical construction, with strong organizational, business development, and leadership skills
- Supervise field and office teams including PMs, estimators, and foremen; responsible for operational efficiency across service, low voltage, and new construction departments
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician (EE98J) highly desired; EE98 preferred
- Lead business development efforts by leveraging local connections to secure new work and grow client relationships
- Collaborate with executive leadership on division growth strategy, reporting, KPI tracking, and budgeting
- Provide oversight on project estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and contract execution
- Experience with Procore, ConEst, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite required
- Prepare reports for Board of Directors and lead capital planning, operational metrics, and SWAT analysis
Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
