Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Project Manager position include:
- 5–8 years of HVAC/mechanical project management experience, specifically in industrial or heavy commercial work
- Manage 2–3 concurrent new construction and remodel projects in facilities such as hospitals, plants, warehouses, and data centers
- Experience with design-build projects and working directly with engineers and owners
- Strong communication and leadership skills with proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project or Primavera
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination from start to finish
- Coordinate self-performed work across insulation, sheet metal, piping, and controls
- Maintain safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple projects
- Conduct job site visits, lead OAC meetings, and process change orders, RFIs, and submittals
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
