This is a unique opportunity to lead a full-scale overhaul of the area's only grocery store, following a successful initial renovation phase. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent position include:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial renovation as a superintendent or project manager
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades in active, operational environments
- Comfortable overseeing all on-site construction activities and shifts (day and night)
- Ability to travel to job sites across Arkansas as needed
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Prepare daily progress reports and interface with owners and office staff regularly
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with codes and standards
- Comfortable working hands-on in the field and managing a small on-site crew
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
