Are you an experienced architectural drafter looking to work on high-volume commercial projects with the flexibility of a remote schedule? We’re hiring a Sr. Architectural MEP Designer to join a dynamic design-build firm supporting 50–60 drawing sets a month! This exciting opportunity is fully remote, offers a flexible 24/7 schedule, and gives you the chance to work independently.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Architectural MEP Designer position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience drafting for MEP and commercial projects
- Must be highly skilled in MEP drafting and have a strong understanding of applicable codes
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus – future transition planned)
- Ability to produce full sets of MEP construction documents within 10 days
- Create architectural and basic mechanical, plumbing, and electrical plans
- Collaborate with engineers for document review
- Must own a personal computer for drafting work
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without direct supervision
Salary: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
