Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Estimator position include:
- 10+ years of experience in concrete estimating with a strong background in commercial projects
- Proven knowledge of retaining walls, paving, and concrete foundations for commercial properties
- Familiarity with Bid2Win and Excel for estimating and bidding processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Drive to pursue and win new business through accurate, competitive, and timely bids
- Travel to project sites as needed (mileage reimbursed)
- Work closely with the Director of Operations and other team members to strategize and grow the concrete division
- Local market knowledge and relationships in the San Antonio area are highly preferred
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including healthcare reimbursement of $1,200 to $1,500 per month, two weeks of paid vacation, and mileage reimbursement for site visits.
