As a Pool Sales Professional, you’ll be empowered to manage elite projects and collaborate with well-established partners like local GCs — all while driving your career forward in a lean, dynamic team environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Pool Sales Professional position include:
- Minimum 3-5 years of swimming pool industry experience required
- Experience in sales, permitting, and managing crews (2-4 years preferred)
- Ability to develop leads and close high-end residential and commercial sales
- Conduct on-site meetings, site evaluations, and manage customer relationships
- Proficiency with 3D design software (e.g., Structure Studios) and/or CAD
- Serve as liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Self-motivated leader capable of working independently and driving revenue growth
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 25% and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
