We're hiring a Residential HVAC Technician in Orlando, FL, to serve the greater Orlando and Tampa metro areas. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential HVAC Technician position include:
- 2–3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience (required)
- Must have EPA Certification and a valid driver’s license; NATE certification preferred
- Run 4–9 residential service calls per day, focusing on accurate diagnosis and honest repairs
- Participate in a performance-based culture that rewards quality, not upsells—no sales quotas!
- Must pass a background check and drug screen; clean driving record required
- Dispatched from home with company vehicle, GPS, gas card, and tools provided
- Opportunity to assist with installations during peak times for additional hours and experience
- Participate in training (paid trip to DFW) and team meetings to continue skill development
Salary: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including company-paid holidays, two weeks of PTO (increased to three weeks after four years), 50% employer-paid health insurance, and additional voluntary benefits such as dental, vision, and dependent care coverage. PTO and holiday pay become available after 60 days of continuous employment.
