Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Survey Technician position include:
- Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in progressively responsible surveying roles
- Educational background in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting, data processing, and reviewing final surveying deliverables
- Experience in electric transmission, distribution, or SUE is preferred
- Lead the transfer, organization, and analysis of field data with a focus on accuracy and integrity
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior survey technicians and support their development
- Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure all project requirements are met and documented
- Work closely with the Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) on final boundary decisions and data review
Salary: $25 - $38 per hour, commensurate with experience.
