Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of QA/QC position include:
- Must be a licensed Architect in the state of Florida
- 15–20 years of experience in architecture with a strong focus on quality assurance and control
- Experience working on large-scale, luxury high-rise projects is required
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit is a must
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of reviewing and finalizing construction documents
- Responsible for overseeing QA/QC processes and ensuring compliance with code, design standards, and firm protocols
- Serve as a mentor and quality leader within the firm, providing guidance to project teams
- Must submit a comprehensive portfolio as part of the application
Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 3 weeks PTO, sick leave, floating holidays, BCBS medical coverage with 50% employer contribution, HSA and FSA options, a 401k Safe Harbor Plan, and company profit bonuses. The position also offers the flexibility of four 10-hour workdays.
