Qualifications and responsibilities for this Water/Wastewater Superintendent position include:
- Minimum 7–10 years of construction experience, including 5+ years in a superintendent role
- Water/wastewater treatment plant experience highly preferred; civil, mechanical, or structural experience with strong piping/concrete knowledge considered
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Manage on-site field operations, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and workforce management
- Ensure project compliance with plans, specs, safety standards, and quality control
- Oversee inspections, testing, and equipment/material logistics
- Maintain accurate daily reports and serve as the primary on-site point of contact
- Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track and under budget
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 4 weeks PTO starting, discretionary end-of-year bonus, monthly vehicle and cell phone allowance, and profit sharing eligibility after one year.
