Qualifications and responsibilities for this Network Operations Director position include:
- Minimum of 3 years of telecommunications network experience and at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of broadband networks, including Cisco switches/routers, Calix EXA & AXOS, SIP protocols, and legacy systems such as TDM and SONET
- Oversight of all network operations including the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of broadband and voice switching equipment
- Development and implementation of operational strategies and preventative maintenance procedures
- Direct supervision of 4-5 technical staff including training and performance oversight
- Collaboration with leadership and other departments to meet company goals
- Ability to work on-site full-time and travel between central offices with a company vehicle when needed
Salary: $114,500 - $122,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
