Qualifications and responsibilities for this Yards and Grounds / Landscaper position include:
- Prior experience in gardening, horticulture, lawn care, landscaping equipment, lumber yard, or building materials
- High School Diploma required
- Maintain weed control, plant growth, and replacements across multiple properties
- Tree trimming, mulching, flower and shrub planting, and gravel installation
- Weed and pesticide application; removal of diseased/damaged vegetation
- Minor irrigation repairs including sprinkler heads, broken pipes, solenoids, and valves
- Operate blowers and other tools to maintain clean walkways and detailed grounds
- Must pass drug test and criminal background check
Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance, 2 weeks' vacation, HSA, 8 holidays plus a floating holiday, quarterly performance-based bonuses, and a 401(k) starting next year.
