Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Project Designer position include:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in residential architecture (single-family and/or multifamily required)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Photoshop, Bluebeam, and Revit experience is a plus
- 100% design-focused role with no production drafting responsibilities
- Ability to mentor junior staff and lead design discussions confidently
- Familiarity with building codes, fire codes, and residential construction techniques
- Able to prepare and present design concepts, floor plans, and elevations with clarity
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with internal teams and clients
- Contribute to continuous quality control and uphold firm-wide design standards
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
