Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Controller position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license preferred
- 8–10+ years of accounting experience, preferably with Big Four public accounting background
- Strong construction industry expertise, including project costing, lien rights, and profitability analysis
- Proficiency with Procore (required), Acumatica ERP (preferred), and Excel
- Manage AP, AR, and job cost reporting; oversee job profit and equipment cost reports
- Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast, monitor budgets, and identify lead indicators for backlog
- Communicate with field personnel to resolve cost discrepancies and determine asset vs. expense allocations
- Participate in roundtable discussions, providing financial insight to support operational decisions
- Monday–Friday schedule from approximately 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
