This is a key leadership opportunity for an Regional Survey Manager based in Orlando, FL. This role offers the chance to directly oversee survey field operations for one of the most forward-thinking companies in the business – a company known for streamlining construction staking and subdivision work with unmatched speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Regional Survey Manager position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential field surveying, with at least 3 years in a direct supervisory role.
- Dispatch survey crews daily and ensure jobs are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Provide mentoring, training, onboarding, and field oversight for up to 7 single-man survey crews.
- Manage crew performance, handle disciplinary actions, resolve issues, and ensure vehicle and equipment readiness.
- Participate in site meetings, oversee construction staking and subdivision projects, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with leadership and support departments to implement productivity standards and company policies.
- Track field errors, oversee field logs, and contribute to performance reporting.
- Help identify potential leaders for future regional expansion across Florida, with strong opportunities for advancement.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 15 days of paid vacation to start, 6 paid sick days annually, 1 personal day per year, 8 paid holidays, a company truck, computer, and field equipment provided.
