Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor position include:
- Florida Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required
- Experience with water & sewer, paving & drainage, and site development surveys
- Proficiency in reviewing and revising plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
- Manage and mentor a team of 12–15 CAD technicians and 10 field crews
- Review and revise as-built plans prior to client and agency submission
- Oversee production of surveys for site development projects, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering teams and ensure alignment between field and office deliverables
- Serve as point of contact for survey-related communication with clients and stakeholders
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
