Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field; Licensed Architect preferred
- 5–10 years of experience in architectural design and project leadership (construction experience preferred)
- Lead and mentor a growing architectural team, fostering collaboration and professional development
- Create and review construction documents and technical drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM
- Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, safety regulations, and building codes
- Conduct job site visits to evaluate design implementation and resolve field issues
- Manage project schedules, budgets, client relationships, and coordination with engineering and construction teams
- Stay current with industry trends, sustainability practices, and design technologies
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
