Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Architect position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
- 10+ years of architectural experience with expertise in Construction Documents
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- In-depth understanding of Florida Building Code and project coordination with consultants (MEP, structural)
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight
- Collaborate directly with clients, consultants, and internal teams; mentor junior staff
- Must excel in project administration, technical accuracy, and deadline management
- Experience in commercial projects required; wellness project experience is a plus
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
