Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include:
- 3-5+ years of construction experience, ideally in residential, townhome, or multi-family projects
- Ability to manage multiple townhome communities, delivering up to 10 units per month
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and safety protocols
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Procore or NewStar a plus
- Oversee field construction activities, subcontractor performance, and project schedules
- Ensure quality control, conduct routine inspections, and uphold company standards
- Lead homeowner meetings and maintain strong client and vendor communication
- Coordinate with inspection agencies and manage onsite documentation and permits
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
