Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sheet Metal Superintendent position include:
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC or large-scale commercial/industrial construction
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, sheet metal ductwork, and mechanical installations
- Proven ability to lead field crews and oversee HVAC installations from planning through execution on industrial projects
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality control standards on-site
- Manage materials, scheduling, and site logistics effectively
- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure timely project completion
Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
