Qualifications and responsibilities for this Journeyman Plumber position include:
- Minimum 3+ years of plumbing experience across commercial and residential environments
- Journeyman card or current 4th-year apprentice card required
- Capable of service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of plumbing systems
- Strong understanding of local building codes and plumbing safety standards
- Must have a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and pass background and drug screening
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (every 3 weeks), with a $100 on-call bonus
- Familiarity with or ability to learn Service Titan software
Salary: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour, plus commission/spiffs, signing bonuses, and quarterly profit sharing, commensurate with experience.
