A fast-growing, boutique construction management firm in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Construction Project Manager to become the right hand to the owner and take on complex, high-value projects. This firm is known for delivering white-glove service and exceptional quality while maintaining a team-centric, collaborative environment. With a strong pipeline of custom builds and renovations ranging from $6M to $20M, this is an incredible opportunity to work closely with leadership and take ownership of some of the most impressive residential and commercial projects in Southern California.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing commercial or high-end residential construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Proficient in project management and estimating software
- Ability to manage projects ranging from 6,000 to 15,000 sq. ft. with budgets up to $20 million
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including experience managing 3–4 direct reports
- Must be a proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and client-facing
- Comfortable splitting time 50/50 between office and job sites across South Bay and the Palisades
- Ability to handle scheduling, contracts, agreements, and daily project operations with minimal supervision
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
