Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager – High-End Residential position include:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience managing new, ground-up construction of high-end, single-family homes
- Strong preference for candidates with experience on waterfront luxury properties
- Fluent in Spanish and able to coordinate with diverse subcontractor teams
- Oversee construction lifecycle from demolition to final handoff with a focus on excellence and detail
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure flawless execution
- Maintain tight schedules, budgets, permits, inspections, and subcontractor oversight
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple trades simultaneously
- Hands-on leadership with minimal supervision; upbeat, solution-driven, and highly accountable
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
