Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architect position include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; Registered Architect in SC or NCARB certificate required
- 5+ years of architectural experience, ideally in high-end residential design (custom homes over $2M)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and BIM360 is required
- Lead the design process, including conceptual sketches through to construction documents
- Work directly with clients to ensure the design aligns with their vision and budget
- Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and the construction team throughout project lifecycle
- Strong understanding of construction methods, particularly for steep slope sites (a bonus)
- Must reside in or near Greenville, SC or Western NC and be able to travel for site visits
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
