Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager – Client Relations position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or client relations within the residential construction or design industry
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring top-tier satisfaction
- Manage punch lists and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain project timelines and high-quality standards
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to project managers to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
- Support the head designer with design selections and documentation as needed
- Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and documentation to keep operations organized
- Draft and present detailed progress reports to clients, team members, and managers
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on project demands
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
