Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineer position include:
- BS in Manufacturing Engineering from an ABET-accredited university with 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing process flows to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
- Familiarity with a wide range of fabrication methods and CNC programming for machining operations
- Collaborate with design and production teams for new product introduction and engineering change implementation
- Document and deliver training materials and standard operating procedures for production staff
- Experience in mechanical design (preferably SolidWorks), vendor management, and quality systems
- Drive root cause analysis and resolution of production-floor design issues
- Apply manufacturing optimization techniques such as lean, robotics, and continuous improvement strategies
Salary: Starting at $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including two weeks of vacation after 90 days, five sick days, discretionary year-end bonus, medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) with 10% company match after 90 days, and two weeks of parental leave.
