Electrical Designer, EIT | Glen Burnie, MD

Introduction

Our client is an MEP/HVAC construction company. They needed an Electrical Designer with Entry level to 3 years experience . The Designer needed to have a specific background in Power and Lighting. The candidate also needed to have a 4 year degree in Electrical Engineering.

Davron Solution

Eric Maddox searched, reviewed and profiled many CAD Designers to help narrow down entry level talent with an Engineering degree. After a thorough search of the local area for talent, he found 5 qualified candidates. These candidates were submitted and reviewed by the client. They liked one in particular. He had a degree and  prior experience with Power/lighting, but had been out of the industry for the last 3 years. Turns out he has been trying to get back into Electrical Engineering and this was a perfect opportunity. He was great and was able to showcase his CAD skills in the interview and is now a proud new member of their team!
