DAVRON is a preeminent engineering and technical search firm. If a company needs a mechanical engineer with wind turbine experience, or if an architect that designs hospitals is looking for a job, nobody has the expertise or capabilities that we do, to find that company an engineer or that architect a job. And we do it all from our corporate headquarters right here in Land O' Lakes, FL.
This position is created due to growth and will join our 24 person team. You will be our second programmer! You will work alongside our Sr. programmer, network administrator, operations director and president to scrape and organize specific data.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following experience and technologies:
- Web scraping, web harvesting, and web data extraction.
- Company contact scraping
- Python - especially if used as a language for web scraping
- Frameworks such as Scrapy and / or Beautiful Soup for fast searching and highly efficient data extraction.
- SQL Database Experience (SQL Server/MySQL)
- HTTP programming
- HTML Parsing
Bonuses are experienced in integrating disparate data sources, search engine experience, entity linking, Docker, Boolean search experience, and semantic search experience.
