This role is perfect for someone who loves being outdoors, as 85% of your time will be spent in the field, managing water projects and contributing to sustainable land development.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Water Resources Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong project management and construction plan development skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Microsoft Office.
- Design and manage water management systems, irrigation projects, and land development.
- Communicate project plans with various stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Use survey and mapping equipment for project design and layout.
- Manage existing water storage projects, including coordination with state agencies.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
