Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vice President of Construction position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in multifamily construction.
- Proven management experience, leading a team of 30 construction professionals.
- Oversee all aspects of luxury multifamily construction projects, from preconstruction through completion.
- Collaborate on project planning, estimating, and constructability reviews.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and adjust as needed to meet financial targets.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and address any issues that arise during the construction process.
Salary: $155,000 - $225,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including per project performance bonuses up to 35% of salary, a deferred compensation plan with a 15% annual deposit, potential equity disbursements as part of the deferred compensation plan, and generous standard benefits such as PTO, paid holidays, and health insurance plans.
