Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vice President of Construction & Development position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Real Estate Development (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years in leadership roles within construction, development, or real estate.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from planning to completion, with strong knowledge of construction methods, permitting, and building codes.
- Proficiency in construction management software, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED AP are a plus.
- Oversee all project phases, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify new opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and foster stakeholder relationships.
- Drive innovation and sustainability in construction and development.
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
