Qualifications and responsibilities for this Vice President of Architecture position include:
- Must have a degree in Architecture and be a Licensed Architect in at least one U.S. state (NCARB preferred or eligible for licensing in 51 states).
- 5-10 years of experience with demonstrated leadership in architectural production, management, and team mentoring.
- Proficiency in Revit (5+ years), AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam is required.
- Will lead technical design and oversee all phases of projects—from schematic design through construction administration—for hotel, restaurant, retail, and senior living developments.
- Manage and mentor a team of 6 direct reports, helping guide technical accuracy and professional development.
- Actively engage in client communications, business development, and project presentations; must be capable of closing deals and driving business growth.
- Must be open to working onsite in Milwaukee, WI (relocation support available for the right candidate).
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
