Qualifications and responsibilities for this Urban Planner position include:
- 2-5 years of experience in urban planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or a related field from an accredited program.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and ArcGIS.
- Experience with design charettes, complex design packages, and client presentations.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work both individually and within a team.
- Preferred qualifications: AICP certification, experience with Lumion and Sketchup, and strong organizational skills.
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an annual performance bonus.
